All USA Orders are shipped via USPS.

For untracked shipping – orders are shipped in a standard stamped envelope. USPS estimates that these should take between 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on network load and capacity. Do note we cannot offer any tracking information, or assistance with delivery or missing packages once they are in USPS hands. Please contact your local post office for help if you suspect you’re missing mail.

For tracked shipping – orders are typically shipped in bubble mailers, but some larger orders may ship in a small box. You will be emailed a tracking number once we ship the order to the email address you have on file. If for whatever reason you do not receive the tracking information, please contact us and we’ll be happy to resend it.

A: As long as the order has not yet shipped, we are happy to change the address on the order. Please contact us via the same email address you used to place the order.
